Alice Carlson

Alice L. Carlson (née Bartlett), 87, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016 with her family by her side. Born in West Creek, NJ, she resided in Barnegat prior to Manahawkin where she lived since 2003. Alice worked for PACO Pharmaceutical for 18 years as a Lab Technician in their Micro Lab prior to her retirement in 1998. She was a member of the Barnegat Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and the Order of the Eastern Star, Bethlehem Chapter #40.

She is predeceased by her husband, Jack Carlson in 1990 and her sister Carolyn Sprague.

She is survived by her two sons; John A. Carlson & his wife Ginny and Kenneth H. Carlson, his two daughters; L. Susan Carlson-Scali & her husband Tony, and Sally B. Maines & her husband Arthur, her sister Cindy Hitchcock, her brother James Bartlett, her 9 grandchildren; John, Michael, Tim, Kristina, Brian, Christopher, Kandice, Kendyl & Stephen, as well as her 5 great grandchildren; Rowen, Jacob, Holden, Payten & Colton. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 3pm until her funeral service beginning 5:30pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Cremation will be private.
