Annette Lander

Annette Lander (nee Colonna), age 79, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017 with her family by her side.

Born in the Bronx, NY she lived in Metuchen, NJ prior to Manahawkin where she resided since 1977. Prior to her retirement, Annette was a cafeteria worker at Southern Regional High School for many years. She was an active life member of the Stafford Township Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary for 39 years. She also loved cats.

She is predeceased by her mother, Beatrice Gittleson Colonna, and her brother Anthony Colonna.

Annette is survived by her husband George D. Lander, her daughters and sons-in-law; Betty and David Garrison and Amy and Bill Otte, and her grandchildren; Nicole, Billy and Zachary.

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 6pm to 9pm with a time of remembrance at 8:30pm, at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.  Cremation will be private.
