Annette Tobie

Annette V. Tobie, age 85, of Whiting, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.

Born and raised in Newark, NJ, she lived in Newark and Bloomfield prior to Whiting. She was a hairdresser/ beautician in her working years. Above all, she cherished her family. She loved to tell stories of "the good old days". She will be missed dearly by her family.

Annette is predeceased by her parents, Ernest Tobie and Frances "Dolly" Tobie (nee LaVella), and her brother Louis Tobie. She is survived by her son, Carl Tobie, her sister Olga Geryak and her husband John, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2019, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a Time of Remembrance at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Rd, Manahawkin, New Jersey, 08050.
