Carole Dicerbo

Carole A. DiCerbo, 74, of Manahawkin, NJ passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday August 28, 2017. Born in South Norwalk, CT., Carole spent time living in Chicago, IL. and Long Valley, NJ before moving to Manahawkin 10 years ago. Carole, or “Mimi” as her grandchildren called her, was an amazing friend who treated everyone as family. She was known for her hospitality and her passion for Italian cooking. Carole was a wonderful home maker who went on to have a rewarding career in the banking industry.  She loved taking care of her family and spending time with them.

She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas G. DiCerbo in 2011 and her parents Joseph and Victoria Caputo.

She is survived by her loving children; Deena Arcolesse and husband Lou of Hackettstown, NJ, Joseph DiCerbo and girlfriend Sherry Teel of Houston, TX and Lesa Frace and husband Don of Hopatcong, NJ, as well as her 4 grandchildren; Louis Arcolesse III, Ryan Frace, Christopher DiCerbo and Payton Frace.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017, from 10am until her Mass of Christian Burial, 11am at St Mary of the Pines R.C. Church, 100 Bishop Way, Manahawkin NJ 08050, (Alternate GPS address for Church is 400 Dock Cramer Boulevard, Manahawkin, NJ). Cremation will be private.
