Edgar Wall

Edgar Raymond Wall, age 93, of Cedar Run, NJ, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019.

Born in Ohio, he lived in Mays Landing, NJ before moving to Cedar Run where he resided since 1975. Prior to his retirement, Edgar worked as a machinist for Wheaton Glass & Plastic, Mays Landing, NJ. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during World War II. He enjoyed farming, gardening, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. Edgar also enjoyed his fellowship with the Cedar Run Assembly of God.

He is predeceased by his parents, Robert and Mabel Wall, his wife Iona Letts Wall, his daughter Nancy Ashton, his son-in-law Kevin Stuhl, as well as his many brothers and sisters.

Edgar is survived by his son, Joseph Wall and his wife Carol, his daughter, Barbara Stuhl, his grandchildren; Angie, Denise, Sandi, Wendy, Kevin Jr. and Melanie, his four great grandchildren; Stephanie, Josh, Matthew and Dalton, and his three sisters-in-law; Charlotte Wall, Shirley Letts and Hilda Rippa.

Visiting will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 9am until his funeral service, 11:00am, the Rev. James Occhipinti presiding, at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ  08050. Interment will follow at West Creek Cemetery, West Creek, NJ.
