Elizabeth Gifford

Elizabeth (Betty) Gifford, age 68 of Bayville, NJ, died on Saturday, September 23, 2017.

Betty lived in Bayville for 42 years. She worked as a bank teller for many years before deciding to become a homemaker. She mostly enjoyed spending time and caring for her family.  She also enjoyed going to the beach, bingo, playing her computer games and playing with the dogs.

Betty is survived by her loving husband Edward Gifford Sr., her brothers Billy Hoffman and Glynn Hoffman, her daughters, Crystal Hauge, Grace Brower and Sue Mason, her son Rob Brower, her step son Edward Gifford Jr, her step daughter Angie Matthews, and predeceased by her step son Joseph Gifford. She is also survived by many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017, from 6pm to 9pm with a time of remembrance, 8:30pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Millcreek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Cremation is private.
