Helen Lange

Helen Jane Lange (nee Meyers), age 76, of Manahawkin, passed away with her family by her side on Tuesday, June 19, 2018.

Born in Pinewald, NJ she lived in Beach Haven for many years prior to Manahawkin where she resided since 1983. She worked as a server for many restaurants, her last being Widas Restaurant in Brant Beach. She was devoted to her family and her personality allowed her to make a friend wherever she went.

She is predeceased by her brother Henry Meyers.

Helen is survived by her husband LaMar Lange, her two sons; William Lange and his wife Amanda, and Travis Lange, her 2 grandchildren; Garrett and Hunter Lange, and her friend of 70 years, Margaret “Cappy” Crosta. She is also survived by her extended family in Iowa and many, many friends she met over the years.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 22, 2018, from 6pm to 9pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Friends may gather at the funeral home on Saturday, June 23, 10AM for the procession to Barnegat Memorial Cemetery, Barnegat for her graveside service.
