James Cassidy Iii

James A. Cassidy III, of Manahawkin, NJ passed away on October 17th, 2022 at the age of 67.

Born in Toms River, NJ, he is the son of the late James Cassidy & Eileen Moore, and the father of the late James Anthony Cassidy. James was a long time Real Estate Appraiser and Owned and operated Cassidy Appraisal Service in Manahawkin, NJ. He was a graduate of Lehigh University on a scholarship for basketball. James devoted his spare time to coaching youth sports basketball and pop warner football.

He is the beloved husband of Patricia Cassidy of Manahawkin, NJ and the loving father of Lisa O'Neill and her husband Sean, and the loving grandfather of Calleigh, of Manahawkin, NJ. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law Kimberly and Joe Bockin and their children, his brother and sister-in-law Robert and Chemenne Cassidy and their children, all of Manahawkin, NJ, his brother-in-law Jack Volk and his children, his brother-in-law James Volk and his wife MaryJane, and his sister-in-law Deborah Hluchanyk and her husband Steve.
