Joseph Frangipani Jr.

Joseph Frangipani Jr., age 77 of Barnegat, NJ, passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at home.

Born in Trenton, NJ, he lived in Ewing, NJ for 20 years, then Hamilton Square, NJ for 45 years prior to Barnegat where he resided for the last 11 years. Prior to his retirement, Joe worked as a Technical Engineer for Princeton U Plasma Physics Laboratories, Princeton. He proudly served his country in the US Army and Army National Guard during the Vietnam War. Joe was also a proud member of the Trenton All City Football team in 1958. He enjoyed travelling, Walt Disney World and winters in Florida with his wife Sally Ann, family and friends.

Joe is predeceased by his parents Joseph Sr. and Katherine Frangipani, his sister Marion Scott, and his beloved wife Sally Ann (Butcher) Frangipani in 2017.

He is survived by his son Joseph Frangipani III and his wife Sharon, his 2 daughters; Andrea Darienzo and her husband Scott, and Robin Smith and her husband Ray, and her 7 grandchildren; Alexa Darienzo, Morgan, Christian & Colin Smith, Jules, Jordan & Jolie Frangipani.

At the convenience of the family, all services were held privately.
