Marion O'Donnell

Marion A. O’Donnell (nee Dehnz), age 98, of Manahawkin, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 29, 2017 surrounded by her family.

Born in Irvington, NJ, she lived in Belleville, NJ prior to Manahawkin where she resided more than 25 years. Prior to her retirement, she was a bookkeeper for the Essex County Geriatric Center, Belleville. She was an active member of many community organizations throughout her years.

Marion is predeceased by her husband, John O’Donnell.

She is survived by her daughter Patricia Werner of Manahawkin, her son John J. O’Donnell (Leslie) of River Vale, NJ, her five grandchildren: Mark (Christine), Anthony (Emory) & David (Samantha) O’Donnell, Ted Werner (Courtney) and Kate Werner (Steve McNamara) and her great-grandchildren Kristian, Jacob, Conor and Emilie.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Tuesday,10/3/2017 from 7pm to 9pm, at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Millcreek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. A Memorial Mass will take place on Wednesday, 10/4/2017 at 10:30 at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Long Beach Blvd, Brant Beach.
