Mary Famelio

Mary Kathleen Famelio, age 85, of Manahawkin, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at home in Manahawkin.

Born in Paterson, NJ, she lived in Lincoln Park, NJ prior to Manahawkin where she lived since 1962. Before becoming a full-time home maker, she worked for Shoprite in Lincoln Park for 25 plus years.

Predeceased by her husband, Leonard J. Famelio Sr., her two sons, Glenn D. Famelio, and Leonard J. Famelio Jr., and her brother Harry Joos.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Medina, her two grandchildren, John Thomas Famelio and Stacy Tatianna Medina, her great grandson, Mariano Angelo Famelio, and her significant other, Samuel Olivieri.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 5pm to 8pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ. At the convenience of the family, Mary's funeral service and interment will take place privately.
