Nicholas Cirone

Nicholas Cono Cirone, age 55, of Manahawkin, NJ passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 24, 2021.

Born in Queens, NY, he lived in Whiting, NJ prior to Manahawkin where he resided since 1999. He was employed by Pine Acres Manor, Manchester, NJ as a Property Manager.

Nick was a lover of most sports and was currently keeping active by playing hockey.  He was “the life of the party” and had a “heart of gold.”  His smile was infectious and his energy was unending. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends on Earth, but he will join loved ones in heaven that have passed and will make them smile.

Nick is predeceased by his father, Cono Cirone.

He is survived by his wife, Lu-Ann (nee Capista) Cirone, his two sons,  Cono Cirone and his wife Tricia and Christian Cirone, his mother Donna (Shaw) Cirone; his two sisters, Debra Basile and her husband John and Dina Cirone, and his three grandchildren, Olivia, Lucy & Theo Nicholas Cirone. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 2 to 4pm and  7 to 9pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 29, 2021, 11am at St. Mary Of The Pines Church, 100 Bishop Way, Manahawkin, NJ.  Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Beachview Ave., Manahawkin, NJ.
