Rita Stupi

Rita Ann Stupi (nee McGough), age 87, of Manahawkin, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.

Born in Portage, PA., she lived in Menlo Park Terrace, NJ prior to Manahawkin where she has resided since 2004. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she was a member of the Sweet Adelines International singing club during the 1980’s. She was also a member of King of Kings Church, Manahawkin.

She is predeceased by her husband Paul Stupi, her grandson Joseph W., her great granddaughter Bella, and many brothers and sisters.

Rita is survived by her two sons; Daniel Stupi and wife, Stella, and Joseph Stupi and his wife, Jody, her three daughters; Linda McDonald and her husband James G., Lisa Stupi and her fiance Daniel Trimboli, and Diane Wallace and her husband Robert, her brother Richard McGough, her sisters; Joan Beauchemin, and Theresa Pizzoni, as well as nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2018, from 1pm until her funeral service at 5pm from Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Cremation will be held privately.
