Robert Ellsworth

Robert M. Ellsworth, 60, of Ship Bottom, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, with his family at his side.  He was born in Elizabeth, lived in Roselle, High Bridge and Hampton before moving to Ship Bottom.

He was employed as a Postal Clerk with the United States Postal Service for 30 years before retiring in August. In his spare time he liked to kayak and fish.

Robert is survived by his parents, Robert F. and Marie G. Ellsworth, his sister Patricia Miller and her husband Donald, niece Caitlin Press and her husband Jeffrey and their daughter Haleigh, niece Colleen Miller, nephew Brooks Miller and many relatives.

Visitation will be on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 10am to 11am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 11am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Long Beach Blvd., Brant Beach, NJ. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Manahawkin.
