Robert S. Zerbe

Robert Stanley Zerbe, age 76, of Barnegat Light, NJ passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at home with his wife by his side.

Robert was born December 6, 1947 in Abington, PA. He was a graduate of Penn State University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine where he earned his VMD degree. He was employed by Stafford Veterinary Hospital, Manahawkin, NJ as a Veterinarian. Prior to Stafford Veterinary Hospital, he worked as a companion animal Veterinarian.

Robert is predeceased by his parents, Stanley V. Anna M. (Eschbach) Zerbe. 

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth M. (Schoeffel) Zerbe, his sister Carole Zerbe & her significant other Ken Klauder, his three sons; Kenneth Fredrickson & his wife Miriam, Matthew Fredrickson & his wife Tiffany and Adam Fredrickson & his wife Rachel, and his seven grandchildren.

A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 from 4pm until his time of remembrance, 6pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
