Ronald Bender

Ronald Allan Bender, age 66, lost his battle with cancer. He lived in Manahawkin and Owned Ron's Drywall for over 45yrs, Ron was loved by many family and friends from all over the country. He was a very giving person if you needed help he was always there to give a hand and will be sadly missed by all of us. Ron loved his animals, as a child, he would bring them home and tell his mother they followed him home, he even has a squirrel named Rocky that he found as a baby and raised.

He is predeceased by his parents; Vincenzo and Mildred (Braun) Bender and son Tony Bender.

Ron is survived at home by his partner Diana Recker, son Chris and grandson Christopher Bender, also survived by his children Ronald Bender and children, Allison Reynolds and children, Joseph Holland, Jessica Lynn Martin, and children. His brother Jimmy (Billy Jo) Bender and children, his sister Mildred (ken) Adams and children, his brother Michael Ruffo (Cindy), his brother Conrad (Christine) Bender and children, his sister Bea (Larry) Prince and children, his brother Mark Bender, and children. Loved my many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018, from 2pm to 6pm with a funeral service at 5:30pm from Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Cremation will be private.
