Rose Hendricks

Rose Marie Hendricks went home to be with the Lord on August 7th, 2017 at age 89. She was born on August 8th, 1927 in Carteret, New Jersey. She met her soulmate, Charles B. Hendricks, at a church social and they were married one month later. Rose and Charles were the proud owners of the Beachview farms. She enjoyed cooking shows, bingo, and spending time with family.

Rose was predeceased by her loving husband, Charles in 1995. She is survived by her son Bertram (Butch) Hendricks and his life long companion Brenda of Barnegat, NJ, her daughter Rose Marie (Cookie) Fischer of West Virginia, her daughter Karen Hendricks Guffey and her husband James R. Guffey of North Carolina, her granddaughter Michele Houser who was like a daughter to her and her husband Rob Houser of Manahawkin NJ. She leaves behind five grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017, from 10am to 11am at St. Mary of the Pines Church, Manahawkin. Her Memorial Mass will immediately follow at 11am.
