Salvatore Callari

Salvatore Callari, 89, of Manahawkin, passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2016. Born in Lodi, NJ, he lived in Garfield, NJ prior to Manahawkin where he resided for the last 19 years. He worked as a Field Supervisor for United Parcel Service, Newark. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean Conflict.

Salvatore is predeceased by his brothers; Domenic and Thomas Callari and his sister Ida Day.

He is survived by his wife, Louise A. Boehm, his two sons; Eric and Bruce Callari, his two daughters; Patricia Hobin and Pamela Sendowski, his two brothers; Angelo and Leonard Callari; his two sisters; Mary Padula and Josephine Luciano, his seven grandchildren and his former wife Lillian Callari.

All services were held privately at the convenience of the family.
