Wanda Montgomery

Wanda Montgomery, 74 of Barnegat, passed away on Thursday March 3, 2016 at Southern Ocean Center, Manahawkin. She was born on November 2, 1941 to Richard and Caroline Clineman.

She was a homemaker in her early years, and later found her passion for selling Real Estate on Long Beach Island. She coached for the Barnegat Light Girls Softball League and Barnegat Light Boys Little League. She also coached for the Barnegat Girls Softball League for her granddaughter’s team. Wanda also enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and bird watching, boogie boarding, boating, and traveling in her free time.

She is survived by her daughter, Dena Montgomery, of Barnegat; son, Joel Montgomery and wife Monika Montgomery of Manahawkin; eldest granddaughter, Marena Hollingshead of Barnegat; and youngest granddaughter, Renata Montgomery of Manahawkin.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2pm to 5pm, Saturday March 12, 2016 at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 573 Mill Creek Rd., Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
