Graduating the Mercer County College Mortuary Science program, Mark worked and managed funeral home locations in Ocean and Monmouth County before joining Maxwell Funeral Home in August of 2013, finally realizing his dream of ownership in May of 2015. Besides his experience in serving families with the utmost care and detail, he is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association, past president and current member of the Monmouth Ocean County Funeral Directors Association. He has also served the board of trustees of the New Jersey Funeral Service Education Corporation and a delegate-at-large for the N.J. State Funeral Directors Association. Mark is also past president and current member of the Southern Ocean Rotary Club, Manahawkin.
On a personal note, Mark is married to his wife Sheri A. Tobie, and has two daughters; Jessica Tobie-Krasner and Samantha Tobie Pisaniello, as well as two grandchildren, Jacob and Noah Krasner. In his spare time, Mark is a professional musician. Having played guitar for 40 years, he has played in many bands over the years and continues to play with his band, BLACK ZEPPELIN.
Sean is a graduate of Stockton University and the Mercer County College Mortuary Science program. Sean is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association and the Monmouth Ocean County Funeral Directors Association.
He is married to his wife Jessica-Tobie Krasner, and they have two children, Jacob and Noah Krasner. Sean enjoys spending time with his family, being a handyman around his home and doing many sporting activities.
Sam is a graduate of the Mercer County College Mortuary Science program and is a licensed funeral director.
Sam is continuing her education at Stockton University. She enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her dog “Lola”.
Although Sheri and Jessica are unlicensed and not qualified to make funeral arrangements, embalm, or conduct a funeral, they are important to the operation of our funeral home. They make it possible for us to professionally conduct funerals and memorials with the quality of service our community deserves.
